In the process of raw material control, each batch of pig iron and alloy raw materials must undergo spectral composition testing before entering the factory. Only after confirming that the element content meets the formula standards can they be put into smelting to control the product performance foundation from the source. Real time monitoring and batch by batch recording of key process parameters such as molten iron temperature, pouring parameters, and negative pressure values are carried out during the casting process to ensure stable and controllable casting. The heat treatment process strictly follows the standardized process curve, monitors the quenching and tempering temperature and insulation time throughout the process, and ensures that the metallographic structure and mechanical properties meet the standards.

Before the finished products are released from the warehouse, hardness testing, impact toughness testing, wear resistance testing, and size verification shall be carried out by sampling according to standard proportions. The core performance indicators must meet relevant industry standards and design requirements before they can be released from the warehouse. The batch traceability system that comes online is equipped with a unique traceability code for each batch of products. Through the code, the corresponding raw material information, production process parameters, testing reports, and other complete records can be queried. If there are quality issues, the process can be quickly located and customer demands can be responded to in a timely manner.
